Heart, Spirit, Mind Centered Counseling

In my approach, I invite Curiosity, Compassion, Connection to facilitate Change(s). We root into and connect/listen to our Bodies, Minds, and the Earth to inform how we will move.

In our sessions I bring in and my lived experience, the wisdom of my Ancestors, including our Lands. I also weave in somatic/body, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theories. In our work, I encourage you to ground into and explore your Lineages and Practices if this feels supportive.

I facilitate braves spaces for individuals and families to grow. I work with adults and teens who may straddle more than one culture at a time. I love working with folks who are Queer and/or People of the Majority (BIPOC) trying to make sense of their place and establish a sense of sovereignty in this world.

I am also deeply drawn to the supporting Peoples who Birth and Raise/Guide Children. This experience with our Children is so sacred and can also surface so much for us as a parent. There is no one “right” way to do it. This re-parenting work is potent for you and your Child.

You're ready to show up in this world and have all your parts and identities be witnessed and understood. We will work together to explore where/how we can honor and name our boundaries with more clarity for yourself. We'll explore skills and tools to support your emotional and mental well-being without having to shrink yourself.

My full individual therapeutic rate is $150/session with sessions lasting 55 minutes. I also offer 90-minute sessions at a rate of $195. Family session rate are $250/hour.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance. Please check in with your insurance company about deductibles needing to be met.

I have a no show/late cancellation fee (if done in less than 24-hr period) of $70.
