A Heart-Centered Movement Practice Experience for Teams
A 4 hour in person offering and experience. We will come to learn the various ways we individually and collectively find ourselves responding to stress and traumas. We will learn as a group what might be impacting our responses. We will also explore possible tools to invite in to support the various responses we are each noticing.
We will learn about the dominant types of trauma and stress responses and notice not only our individual tendencies, but our organizational tendencies as well. As a group we will explore what it might look like to “try on” different responses as individuals and as part of a team for the organization.
We will learn and practice various somatic and sensory activities throughout this offering, noticing what feels supportive, and what we feel called to share as practices with our extended community members.
This offering will give us the opportunity to begin building relations in an intentional container. In this first time together, Bianca hopes to develop trust with each team/staff member to be able to provide future emotional and mental support should that be desired.
This is a heart-centered experience, that will offer both provoking questions and nurturing practices. It is experiential in nature and is an embodiment opportunity to drop into what caring for ourself can look like and feel like.

“Our team was so incredibly pleased with Bianca’s approach to doing inner work in a group setting. She blends traditional wisdom and scientific knowledge so that the information is approachable to a wide range of beliefs and perspectives, which is valuable in a group setting. We also appreciated how she fluctuated between discussion, personal reflection, and downtime, allowing us to arrive at useful information without becoming exhausted or forcing it. By the end of the session, we felt like we had “floated” out of her workshop with helpful insights and emotional support tools that we could put into everyday use, both at work and in our personal lives.”
